Hawkins Twins

Case Summary

On April 1, 1963, a set of twin baby girls was born at Washington Hospital Center, Washington DC. 

According to their birth certificates, one was born at 7:30am and one at 7:45 AM. The mother only saw one of the twins. The father was working nights and never saw either.  They were advised the babies died at birth- yet no death certificates or other records exist.  Family believes they may be alive.
