Carlene was last seen on July 6, 2003. She went missing from Cathedral City, California, after attending a music festival in San Bernardino County.  According to her boyfriend, she went to bed, and when he woke up the next morning, she was gone. Carlene is described as a white female, 5’9” tall and 140 lbs. Foul play is strongly suspected.
